This vector art was done in Illustrator based on the Dark Knight's cover and Claude St. Aubin and Michael O'Hare illustrations of Misfit in Birds of Prey 127 and 122 respectfully.
 
The idea was spawned from Misfit's "Dark Vengeance" catchphrase playing through my head when I looked at The Dark Knight Returns cover. However when looking through my back issues I re-found that scene when Misfit was masquerading as Batgirl she called herself "The Damn Batgirl," sound familiar?
